The Quiet Band performs quiet, smooth and melodic jazz and contemporary music.  The Quiet Band features the soft and subtle sounds of jazz guitar, keyboards and bass.  It provides "low volume - small footprint" musical atmosphere and entertainment for nightclubs, restaurants, weddings, private parties and events.  
 
The Quiet Band carefully tailors ​each of its performances to find the best fit with the audience and the venue.  The Quiet Band projects an upscale image.  It is reliable, professional and always pleasant to work with.

The Quiet Band features Mr. Timothy Mac Master on guitar.  The Quiet Band performs as a trio (guitar, piano and bass)  or as a quartet with drums.  Larger groups can also be assembled for special performances when requested
 
 
Some of Hawaii's most highly skilled and popular jazz musicians perform with The Quiet Band, including: Mr. Joshua Kaye (piano); Mr. Tommy James (piano); Mr. Ethan Capone (piano); Ms. Jeanette Trevias; Mr. Nathan Ng. (bass); and many others.

The Quiet Band performs compositions by George Benson, Dave Brubeck, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock,  Antonio Carlos Jobim, and many other popular composers. The Quiet Band's pianist can provide musical accompaniment for wedding ceremonies.  Mr. Mac Master is also able to provide classical guitar music for wedding ceremonies, including traditional favorites like The Wedding March, Canon in D major, Hawaiian style music etc.).  For Hawaiian style events, The Quiet Band can team up with hula dancers, DJs and other local performers.
